Tuition

A deposit will not be required upon registration.  All participants/registrants will be invoiced and placed on a payment system.   For further information, please contact the SPARK administrative office at 732/932-1800.

Discount (Only one discount applicable per family.)

•  $50 discount applies if registering two or more immediate family members..
•  $100 discount per student if parent or legal guardian is a Rutgers alumnus or is currently employed full time by Rutgers University,  J&J or UMDNJ.

Payments

• Checks must be drawn on US Banks in US Funds. We will not accept checks drawn on a foreign bank.
• Make checks payable to Rutgers University.
• Include name of student and program enrolled in on the check.

Refund Policy

• If a student decides not to attend SPARK,  an administrative fee of $100 will be  is placed in a scholarship fund to assist students who might otherwise be unable to attend and the remainder will be refunded, unless the policy stated below applies. 
  
• Between June 15 and the start date of the program, a full or partial refund will be considered only if the student can be replaced.
• There is no refund of tuition or deposits for students who voluntarily withdraw for any reason before the end of the session or who are asked to leave for disciplinary or other reasons. Once the first session of the program begins, students make a commitment to remain for the remainder of the session.

Notes

• Final payments must be received in full prior to the beginning of each session.
  
• A wait listed deposit will not be cashed until the student is enrolled in the program.
• The uncashed check will be returned if student does not enroll.

Insurance Information

• All participants are required to have accident and health insurance coverage.
